The Platform provides a platform for businesses and creators to engage in influencer marketing. Creators and brands can create accounts to interact with one another, collaborate on marketing campaigns, send and receive payment, and utilize other features provided by the Platform.
In order to access certain features of the Platform, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm the Platform or interfere with the ability of others to use the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any form of illegal activity, infringing on the rights of others, or transmitting any harmful or malicious code.
You retain ownership of any content that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available on the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading, submitting, or making User Content available on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by The Outloud Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Platform may integrate with payment services to facilitate transactions between users. By using these payment services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment service provider. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise in connection with payments made through the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any such third-party sites or resources and do not endorse any products, services, or content available on or through such sites or resources.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to access or use the Platform will immediately cease.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
